The Power of Words

"Sticks and Stones will break your bones but words will never hurt you"...FALSE! 

We are increasingly learning about the power of words and the damage it can do to an individuals psych-e or the damage it can do to an entire nation. Many experiments have been done demonstrating the harm that can be done by simple words. As demonstrated in the insert above both jars are filled with rice. The jar labelled 'hate' was told negative hateful words, on the contrary the jar labelled 'love' was told kind, loving words. The 'hate' jar deteriorated faster and filled with mold. This can be said for the words we use to each other, further the words we use to ourselves. We can simply change our lives by changing our words.
